Welcome to our new website!

by Make the Future on 11/07/13

Hello and welcome to the new Make the Future Website we are The Futrells, Founders of Make the Future. We would like to welcome you to our website and share a few updates with you.

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new program called Bright Promising Futures. With the amount of information, flowing to your young ones via social media it is hard for them to know what the best action to take towards their goals is. As well as tough to understand when an action will steer them away from their goals. Bright Promising Futures is a virtual mentoring program designed to offer an insight to young men and women on everyday questions they may need answers to. We will post a weekly blog to address some key issues for our growing generations. Youth can submit questions to us through our website and we will respond via our Blog. The blog will feature guest writers as well as Coach Michael and Dr. Bernadine. We are excited to have the opportunity to reach more youth through this.

With the start of this new program, we are also actively seeking contributions to support our programs. The initial launch of this program was delayed due to an error on part of the IRS, who erroneously caused an interruption in Make the Future and other non-profits ability to receive tax-exempt contributions. This has now been resolved as the IRS admitted error in the 501(c)(3) status change in a letter dated September 23, 2013. In the letter, the IRS confirmed that Make the Future was erroneously placed on the Auto-Revocation list (click here for a copy of the letter). Donors may deduct contributions made.

Make the Future is a 501c tax-exempt organization, and any contributions made to Make the Future are completely tax deductible. We need your support and appreciate your financial contributions!
