We, we are proud to have received the following recognition for our contributions to the community.
"Make the Future is Changing Futures"
Coach and Dr. Futrell are great advocates for the Boys and Girls Club, and you can always catch them at one of our many events volunteering their time. The futures of the next generation are very important to the Futrell’s. They not only display that in words, but in actions as well.

"MTF Founder Michael Futrell receives Volunteer Service award at Boys and Girls Club fundraiser"
“I think that tonight was just a great opportunity to show that there are a lot of people trying to do a lot of positive things, especially if you read the newspapers and things like that; everyone complains about the problems but, there are not a whole lot of people trying to do something about the problems. And again, I think it was great we were given these recognitions, but the thing that everyone had in common here today was that they don’t do it for the recognition, they do it because they truly want to help impact these kids, and that’s what this night was really about. I’m very proud that I was selected as one of the people to receive this award,” said Futrell, founder of Make the Future, a local non-profit that works with youth in the community.
